Purchasing Titanium and requesting a refund because you failed to read this is your responsibility and you are fully accountable. "Anytime" is additionally referring to whenever Federal is available to host a session. Federal is based in Denmark with the CET timezone and is the only authorised Titanium host. Please check your time zone in accordance to Federal's to make sure he's available. (Federal is usually available after 14:30 CET every day of the week.) Additonally, you can't book a private session that overlaps with public sessions. You can book a session on the same day, but not at the same exact time.
